It is with tears in our eyes that we have to tell you this. After many years of love and dedication to Williams & Taylor boutique, we now have to give up. It feels like we have been fighting a battle against the big corporations who, with their huge budgets and influence, are pushing small entrepreneurs like us further and further to the margins. Unfortunately, it's no longer financially viable. The world is changing and our boutique simply can't keep up.
But there is another reason why we have decided to close our doors. Both my husband and I have recently become grandparents, and this has made us realize that we want to spend more time with our grandchildren. They are the light of our lives and we want to be there for them - in a way we couldn't before, as our hearts and souls were always dedicated to our boutique. It's hard for us to let go of this passion, but we know it's time to make a decision and focus on what really matters.
